At VN HANDICRAFTS, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and on time. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we take great care in providing a hassle-free shopping experience from checkout to delivery at your doorstep.

Shipping Fee
We provide free shipping throughout India on all orders over Rs. 699.
There will be a shipping charges of Rs. 40 (Tamil Nadu) & Rs. 60 (Other than Tamil Nadu) for orders under Rs. 699.
Processing Order
You will receive an email confirming your order as soon as it is placed. Processing of orders usually takes 24 to 48 hours. please mark them as not spam on your email id since automated email for order placed.
Your jewellery is packaged with care to ensure that it arrives in perfect condition and is protected during transit.
Tracking Order
As soon as your order is shipped, You will receive a tracking link via email at your registered email. Kindly mark them as not spam on your email ID since automated email for order Shipped.
Delivery Time
Delivery time varies by location and usually takes 3-7 business days after shipped the order. With the exception of public holidays, shipping times are based on business days (Monday to Friday). To ensure that your item reaches you safely and promptly, we work with reliable delivery partners.
Undelivered Packages
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or being unclaimed, we will notify you immediately. Depending on the location, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.
Damaged during transit or lost , please contact our customer support team. We will investigate the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Have a preferred courier? Feel free to suggest it ā if itās feasible, weāll gladly accommodate.
Step 3: Payment in Two Parts
Product Cost: Once confirmed, youāll pay for the products. This lets us begin processing your order.
Shipping Charges: After packaging and exact weight confirmation, we will inform you of the exact shipping cost as per the courierās rate ā no inflated charges, just the actual fee.
Step 4: Quality Packaging & Proofs
We ensure secure, quality packaging for all international shipments.
Before dispatch, weāll share photos/proof of the packed items for your confirmation.
Step 5: Dispatch & Tracking
Once shipping payment is made, weāll dispatch the order to your address and share the tracking number.
