Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy
We provide replacements for products damaged during shipping within 24 to 48 hours of the original purchase, given that the damaged item is returned intact to an address we specify. A replacement will be issued exclusively. Refunds are only applicable if the same product is not available.
Orders that have been placed are not eligible for cancellation or exchange for a different product. If any item in your order cannot be processed, it may be replaced with an item of equal or greater value, with the option to pay the difference, or a refund will be issued solely for that item. The refund processing period will take 5 to 7 business days, depending on the nature of the transaction.
Please return items using a reliable courier service and send us the courier receipt within 2 business days after reporting the product as defective. If the item is not returned within the 2 business days, refunds or exchanges will not be honored.

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for the following reasons.
A bangle size chart is consistently provided on every bangle product page. Please check your size prior to making a purchase if you are uncertain about the size. We do not offer exchanges or refunds for orders placed with incorrect sizes. Kindly refer the size chart if you have any clarifications.
There may be minor differences in the color shade of the actual product compared to the images displayed on the website, as these are taken with digital photography and can vary based on the monitor settings of each device. However, you can be completely confident that all images are captured by VNHANDICRAFTS Creations authentically in natural lighting. You will receive exactly what you see. We also share ample customer feedback, images of jewelry received by customers, and videos on our social media platforms for your reference.
If the physical appearance and feel of the jewelry do not meet your expectations.
If the jewel feels too heavy to wear or appears too large.
If the jewelry size is not what you anticipated.
Earring stems are intentionally bent in some cases to prevent breakage, and this is not regarded as transit damage.
In rare instances, jewelry beads or stones may have come loose during shipping. Such issues can typically be resolved with fabric glue and are not eligible for exchange or refund.
